Screenfast has always adopted a policy of employing PDIs (Previously Disadvantaged Individuals) for most positions within the business. We believe that we have a responsibility to empower our staff and have thus trained and then promoted them to higher positions within the company. Their development within the workforce determines where they fit into the management structure.  Staff are continually being developed and trained to enable them to realise their goals and to become further involved in the decision making process.

All of the following positions are not only filled with PDIs, but they have been promoted after the required training:

  • Factory Manager
  • Despatch/Quality Manager
  • Finishing Manager
  • Sales Representatives
  • All Factory Staff

Screenfast distributes monies to organisations, in the form of donations or sponsorship.
Our core focus is on needy organisations aimed at uplifting previously disadvantaged communities.  We support organisations such as Churches, Orphanages, Schools and Hospices.
